Location
Located in the historic area of Easington Village. The village is steeped in history with the famous Seaton Holme, a Grade 1 listed building dating back to as early as 1249 being at the entrance to the estate.
Opposite Seaton Holme you will find a lovely little primary school with a ‘good’ Ofsted rating and an excellent Academy for older children just around the corner. A twelfth century Grade 1 listed church (St Mary the Virgin) dominates the skyline from all around.
In the centre of the village there is a well looked after green space with a play park for children and a range of village shops for all of the essentials!
There are good transportation links very close by. The A19 being only a 2 minute drive and train station only a 10 minute drive, taking you to Newcastle and other major cities in under 30 minutes.
